ADAM NELSON

Lucia Zeleznik is a Registered European Lawyer entitled to practice in the United Kingdom by the SRA, and she is also an Italian Avvocato registered at the Trieste Bar Association. Lucia moved to the UK in January 2014 and is also partner of Adam Nelson LLP.

Lucia handles a wide range of corporate, commercial and employment work, often with a cross-border element and acts for clients from a wide variety of industries, including professional services, property, manufacturing, transport and retail. She also focuses on start-up companies and advises on corporate governance and shareholders agreements.

Lucia also works for Ascheri&Partners Ltd, a tax consultancy firm and is part of Ascheri Academy team where she helps to organise and lead training courses for professionals. In additional, she has been a speaker in several conferences regarding the Brexit Referendum and its impact.
