Dea Brushtulli has a master degree in Politics and Economics from the University of Pisa and she is currently concluding her Executive MBA at the London South Bank University. Within Adam Nelson Llp, Dea is in charge of Clients and Corporate communication.

Her focus is in internal communications, employee engagement, as well as media relations, client/customer communications, supporting channels and social media while building the firm’s corporate profile communication. Dea also works for Ascheri Academy where she leads the organisation of formative events and conferences for professionals based in UK and Italy.Prior to moving to the UK in 2017, Dea worked for the Dubai branch of Aldelia Group, an international recruitment firm.

Acknowledged for supporting clients based in multicultural and challenging regulatory environments, Dea also lead local teams based in UK, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Mozambique, UAE, Iraq, Nigeria and Brazil. Dea speaks fluently Italian, Albanian and English.
